This Saturday, the Burbank Police Department will be hosting a FREE bicycle registration event on the Chandler Bike Path at Keystone Street.

Nationwide, thousands of stolen and lost bicycles are recovered each year, but most are never returned to their rightful owners. In Burbank, our police officers frequently locate and recover bikes. Officers also contact people every day on bikes that might be stolen, but often do not have registration information on-file to verify ownership.

The Burbank Police Department established a database containing bicycle serial numbers several years ago with the goal of locating stolen or lost bicycles, and returning as many bicycles as possible to their rightful owners.
