Burbank Police Youth Academy
The Youth Academy is designed to educate young men and women on how to prepare for a challenging career in law enforcement or another area of public service. The course will help students understand how police officers work, as well as providing a better understanding of departmental operations. The schedule includes special guest speakers from the Burbank Police Department and physical training.
The Youth Academy is available to young people between the ages of 14 and 17.
Those who complete the course may be eligible to become Burbank PD Explorers.
The Youth Academy will have 8 sessions (July 9-11,16,17,23-25) from 5pm to 8:30pm at the Burbank Police Station
