Captain Travis Irving
Captain Travis Irving began his law enforcement career as a Custody Assistant with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in 1997. In 1998, he became a police officer with the Burbank Police Department. During his 21 years with the Department, Captain Irving has worked various assignments, including, Patrol, Air Support, Investigations, Community Outreach and Personnel Services, and Support Services.
Captain Irving has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and is a graduate of Leadership Burbank.
Captain Irving previously served as both the Support Services Division Lieutenant and Captain, where he oversaw most of the Communications Center, Jail, and Evidence Room operations. He is now the Commanding Officer of the Investigation Division.
