Weekend Street Closures 11.16.18 to 11.17.18

This weekend, two annual events will take place in the City of Burbank. Holiday in the Park will take place on Friday, November 16, 2018 between 5:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. in the Magnolia Park district, while the Winter Wine Walk and Street Fair will take place on Saturday, November 17, between noon and 8:00 P.M. in Downtown Burbank.

 

To provide a safe environment for guests attending these events, the following street closures will be in effect:

 

HOLIDAY IN THE PARK [Closures in effect from 3:00 P.M. until 11:00 P.M. on 11/16/18]

 

>> Magnolia Blvd. will be CLOSED between Hollywood Way and Florence St.

 

The following residential streets will also be closed between Magnolia Blvd. and the alley ways:

• Catalina St. 
• Niagara St. 
• Fairview St. 
• Ontario St. 
• California St. 
• Lima St. 
• Avon St. 
• Cordova St.

Please use Clark Ave. and Chandler Blvd. as alternate routes.

WINTER WINE WALK [Closures in effect from 5:30 A.M. (11/17/18) until 1:00 A.M. (11/18/18)]

 

>> Magnolia Blvd. will be CLOSED between First St. and Third St.

>> San Fernando Blvd. will be CLOSED between Magnolia Blvd. and Olive Ave.

>> Palm Ave. will be CLOSED west of Third St. to San Fernando Blvd.

>> Orange Grove Ave. will be CLOSED from just east of San Fernando Blvd. to mid-block between San Fernando Blvd. and First St.

 

Public parking lots in the Downtown Burbank area will still be accessible.

 

The Burbank Police Department reminds you to drink responsibly and to always designate a sober driver. There are so many options available to get you home safely, so there is no excuse for getting behind the wheel after you've been drinking or when you are impaired.
