The Burbank Police Department continues to urge our community to protect their personal belongings from thieves. In the case of thefts from motor vehicles, the prevention is simple. Hide It, Lock It, Keep It! Meaning, hide or remove valuables from your car, lock your car making it more likely you’ll keep your property. 25% of thefts from vehicles in Burbank during 2015 were from unlocked cars!
