On August 23, 2015, at approximately 9:54 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Richard St., regarding a female not breathing. Officers arrived, and located a deceased female inside a residence. Detectives, the Los Angeles County Criminalists, and Los Angeles County Coroner, were contacted and began their investigation.
